I hate those spammers, but this one was funny by accident…
Tonight I’m participating in a concert here in Cartagena. The organisers were so friendly to send me a ‘press invitation’. Only Spanish, but I think you get the gist.
After 10 years of living and sailing on Watergeus we are changing direction. Our Westsail-32 is for sale and we are going to find a spot somewhere ashore.
Just to keep everybody informed, we finally arrived in Cartagena de Indias. It looks like almost everything is the same as two years ago when we were last here.
If you are in Portobelo, there is not a chance that you will miss restaurant El Drake, and it is good to know there is a place like this, before you come. Portobelo is fast growing in popularity amongst the sailors. Just a day-sail from the San Blas and an hour and something by bus to Colon or Panama City . El Drake is just what you need to read the paper and drink a coffee while your clothes are washing at the Chinese store, to do Internet and drink a beer, or to have a good meal and not heat up the boat…
