Archive for July, 2009Lots of people ask to see some pictures of where we live. I usually give them my Flickr-account to go and see, with an invitation as friend. Friends can see more then the people I don’t know. If you want to be a friend, just ask… Finally we get to the point that the greenhouse can be used. Not a minute too late. Although we are in the middle of winter here, the sun is shining and the temperature is very agreeable inside the greenhouse. I think the plants will like it, as we liked the champain for the official opening… After the sixth day, it is now the xth day of building the greenhouse. The small details took a lot of time, but finally the inner structure is ready, now I only have to remove the tools, clamp the boards and make the floor a bit better and… The framework is done, the only thing left is the cover and the interior… Most precise job is cutting the rafters to fit

Switching between designing, sanding, oiling, sawing and putting the pieces together without catastrophic mistakes…it could have been worse.
